New Bistrik7 Omnibus film to open the Sarajevo Film Festival →

It is our honor to share with you that LETTERS FROM THE ENDS OF THE WORLD - a new omnibus by Bistrik Seven - will be one of the two opening films for SARAJEVO FILM FESTIVAL. This is the National Premiere of the film that was completed two weeks ago!

With films by:

Ghazi Alqudcy, Graeme Cole, Gonzalo Escobar Mora, Grant Gulczynski, Marta Hernaiz Pidal, Namsuk Kim, Bianca Lucas, Stefan Malešević, Patrick Marshall, Aleksandra Niemczyk, Pilar Palomero, Emma Rozanski & Gustavo Vega - all from Bistrik7

Our mentor Bela Tarr is the Executive Producer.

Some of our Bistrik7 members will be flying from all over the world to present the film.

TRANÅS, SWEDEN 

ENG / For eight days in July, practitioners from Sweden and other countries working with different disciplines (visual art, literature, dance and film) will meet and conduct around 70 events. The festival is a free-entrance event, held once-a-year and it is now at its sixth edition!

SWE / Under åtta dagar i juli kommer utövare från Sverige och andra länder från olika discipliner inom konst, litteratur, dans och film att träffas och genomföra runt 70 evenemang. Festivalen är årligt återkommande och den sjätte!

Stefan Malešević news

An update on the film happenings of our Stefan Malešević: 

In May, Gora, a 78min documentary shot in Kosovo, won the Best Camera award and Best Film award at the BelDocs international film festival in Belgrade.

In August, Gora was screened at DokuFest in Prizren, where it got a Special Mention from the BalkanDox jury.

In August, Stefan was a member of the jury for documentaries at the Montenegro Film Festival in Herceg Novi.
