Shot during the Covid-19 lockdown in Chicago in 2020, with 3 flatmates being the only cast and crew - our Gonzalo Escobar Mora and Emma Rozanski among them - ‘Enthusiasts’ is an interesting examination of ‘making plans’ amidst uncertainty - reflected through the eyes of two artists who are coping with the added uncertainty of making art and sustaining themselves financially into the future, while living in an ultra-consumer-capitalist world.
